I do like how you offer viewers (readers?) both black and white as well as colour pictures. It really adds to the appreciation of these fine buildings that are full of character.
ReplyDeletePersonally I find rendering the images of Chattels Houses into Black & White very effective. It shows character as you said.
ReplyDeleteHowever, sometimes I like to show these old properties as they are so the viewers can have an idea and feel for the image.
I prefer the colour photos :) I love seeing the cracked paint and the different textures and tones.
